Easy sugar cookies

Yield: 36 Cookies

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Butter
1 cup Oil
1 cup Sugar, confectioners
1 cup Sugar, granulated
2 \N Eggs
4 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Lemon extract
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Soda
1 teaspoon Cream of tartar

Cream butter, oil, sugars, and eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients. Mix until well blended. Drop the dough by teaspoonfuls into a dish of granulated sugar and roll into balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 F. for eight to ten minutes.
