Jam bread

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Small Loaf:; (Large Loaf):
⅔ cup Water; (1 1/3 C)
1⅓ tablespoon Vegetable Oil; (2 2/3 T)
⅓ cup Jam; (2/3 C)
2 teaspoons Sugar; (1 1/3 T)
⅔ teaspoon Salt; (1 1/3 T)
⅔ cup Whole Wheat Flour; (1 1/3 C)
1⅓ cup Bread Flour; (2 2/3 C)
1 teaspoon Yeast; (2 1/2 T)

Jam Bread (also great for breakfast. We used Raspberry Jam. The bread looked kind of purple, but it tasted great!) Medium Loaf:

1 c water

2 T vegetable oil

½ c jam

1 T sugar 1 tsp salt

1 c whole wheat flour

2 c bread flour

1½ tsp yeast
