Squid, italian style

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Olive oil
6 Minced garlic cloves
2 pounds Squid, cut in 2" strips
2 tablespoons Oregano
1 cup Dry white wine
1 Halved lemon
1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
Few drops of Tabasco
1 pounds Cooked fettuccine

Heat olive oil in skillet; add garlic & cook until golden. Add squid; cook 1 minute. Add oregano & wine: cook 30 seconds longer. Squeeze lemon halves over mixture. Add tomato sauce & Tabasco: simmer 1 minute longer. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
