6Minced garlic cloves
2poundsSquid, cut in 2\" strips
2tablespoonsOregano
1cupDry white wine
1Halved lemon
1can(8oz) tomato sauce
Few drops of Tabasco
1poundsCooked fettuccine

Directions

Heat olive oil in skillet; add garlic & cook until golden. Add squid; cook 1 minute. Add oregano & wine: cook 30 seconds longer. Squeeze lemon halves over mixture. Add tomato sauce & Tabasco: simmer 1 minute longer. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
