Ingredients

| 6 | Minced garlic cloves | |
| 2 | pounds | Squid, cut in 2\" strips |
| 2 | tablespoons | Oregano |
| 1 | cup | Dry white wine |
| 1 | Halved lemon | |
| 1 | can | (8oz) tomato sauce |
| Few drops of Tabasco | ||
| 1 | pounds | Cooked fettuccine |
Directions
Heat olive oil in skillet; add garlic & cook until golden. Add squid; cook 1 minute. Add oregano & wine: cook 30 seconds longer. Squeeze lemon halves over mixture. Add tomato sauce & Tabasco: simmer 1 minute longer. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
