Squid spaghetti

Measure Ingredient
200 grams Squid; cleaned
\N \N Good olive oil
½ \N Clove garlic; chopped
½ small Red chilli; seeded and chopped
1 \N Paring of lemon rind; no pith, finely
\N \N ; chopped
1 tablespoon Chives; chopped
1 tablespoon Parsley; chopped

Bring a pan of well salted water to the boil.

Slice the squid as finely as possible and blanch for a matter of seconds, use a sieve to lower it into the water.

Toss in a bowl with everything else, check seasoning and serve.
