Spring garden medley

Ingredients

2cupsZucchini slices
2cupsMushroom slices
1cupRed or green pepper strips
3tablespoonsParkay margarine
½poundsVelveeta pasteurized process cheese spread; cubed
1tablespoonMilk
1cupCorkscrew noodles; cooked, drained
¾teaspoonDried oregano leaves; crushed
¾teaspoonDried basil leaves; crushed

Directions

In large skillet, stir-fry vegetables in margarine until crisp-tender.

Reduce heat. Add Velveeta cheese and milk; stir until cheese is melted. Add remaining ingredients; toss lightly. 4-6 servings.
