Measure | Ingredient |

½ cup | Soy sauce |
¼ cup | Wine, white |
2 eaches | Cloves garlic, crushed |
2 tablespoons | Sugar |
1 each | Small piece of gingerroot OR 1 TB ground ginger |
Mix ingredients well. Add meat and marinate 4 hours or more. Remove from marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
Place in smoker and smoke for desired time using favorite fuel.
Cook, basting lightly with marinade. Broil or roast or barbeque.
