Spinach tossed with lime and chiles

1tablespoon(or 1 lb; depending) pepper flakes
1teaspoonSugar
1teaspoon(i'd go for a Tbsp myself) garlic; minced
¼cupLime juice

Directions

From: H A Kantrud <kantrud@...> Date: Sat, 3 Aug 1996 11:42:40 -0500 (CDT) Heat oil til smoking-hot. Add spinach and stir until wilted ('bout a min.). Add the rest of the stuff and toss in pan/wok 30 second. serve immediately thereafter.

As an aside, i'd recommend this served over a bed of cold Basmati, or even Jasmine rice- garnish w/ mint.
