Spinach braised with garlic and chilli

| ¾ | pounds | Spinach per person |
| ¼ | pint | Vegetable stock |
| 3 | larges | Chillies |
| Olive oil | ||
Directions
Chop the garlic and fry gently with olive oil in a large pan. Add the chillies, stock and washed spinach. Cook on a medium heat until the spinach is wilted. Drain and serve.
