Spinach braised with garlic and chilli

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Cloves garlic
¾ pounds Spinach per person
¼ pint Vegetable stock
3 larges Chillies
\N \N Olive oil

Chop the garlic and fry gently with olive oil in a large pan. Add the chillies, stock and washed spinach. Cook on a medium heat until the spinach is wilted. Drain and serve.
