Spinach toss salad

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
Salad:
1 pounds Spinach -- bite size
4 ounces Mushrooms -- sliced
1 cup Bean sprouts
1 cup Unseasoned croutons
¼ cup Crumbled Blue cheese
1 Red onion -- sliced into
Rings
6 slices Bacon -- crumbled

Dressing: ⅓ cup vegetable oil ¼ cup wine vinegar ½ teaspoon onion salt garlic pepper

Mix all ingredients to salad in serving bowl. Prepare dressing. Do not add dressing until serving time.
