Spinach salad (satterly)

Ingredients

| 6 | cups | Torn fresh spinach |
| 1 | large | Seedless orange, peeled & roughly chopped |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped green onions |
| ½ | cup | Sliced mushrooms |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 3 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| ¾ | cup | Toasted slivered almonds |
Directions
Place spinach in a large salad bowl. Add orange, mushrooms & onions.
Mix together lemon juice, oil, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Ensure it is well mixed. Pour over salad & add almonds. Toss gently.
