1 large | Seedless orange, peeled & roughly chopped |
¼ cup | Chopped green onions |
½ cup | Sliced mushrooms |
1 tablespoon | Lemon juice |
3 tablespoons | Olive oil |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
¼ teaspoon | Black pepper |
¾ cup | Toasted slivered almonds |
Place spinach in a large salad bowl. Add orange, mushrooms & onions.
Mix together lemon juice, oil, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Ensure it is well mixed. Pour over salad & add almonds. Toss gently.
