Spinach dumplings

Ingredients

| 2 | packs | Chopped spinach; defrosted |
| 4 | teaspoons | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | Egg whites; or 1 egg | |
| ½ | cup | Cottage cheese, dry curd |
| 6 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 8 | cups | Water |
Directions
Drain spinach, and squeze out liquid. ½ t salt, nutmeg,egg, and cheese.
Add enough flour to give it a firm texture. From into balls and put on a plate. Dhill 30 min. or more. Combine water and remaining salt. Bring to a ball. Cook the balls 8-10 min. or till they rise to the top. Serve with tomato or cheese sauce.
