¼teaspoonSchwartz Ground Fenugreek
1tablespoonSchwartz Ground Coriander
1teaspoonSchwartz Garam Masala
1teaspoonSchwartz Turmeric
½teaspoonSalt
1poundsFrozen spinach - thawed; (450g)

Directions

Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently fry the onion for 2 - 3 minutes.

Add the Fenugreek, Coriander, Garam Masala, Turmeric, salt and spinach and mix together. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
