Spinach curry

| 8 | ounces | Onion - sliced; (225g) |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Schwartz Ground Fenugreek |
| 1 | tablespoon | Schwartz Ground Coriander |
| 1 | teaspoon | Schwartz Garam Masala |
| 1 | teaspoon | Schwartz Turmeric |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | pounds | Frozen spinach - thawed; (450g) |
Directions
Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently fry the onion for 2 - 3 minutes.
Add the Fenugreek, Coriander, Garam Masala, Turmeric, salt and spinach and mix together. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
