Spinach curry

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Cooking oil
8 ounces Onion - sliced; (225g)
¼ teaspoon Schwartz Ground Fenugreek
1 tablespoon Schwartz Ground Coriander
1 teaspoon Schwartz Garam Masala
1 teaspoon Schwartz Turmeric
½ teaspoon Salt
1 pounds Frozen spinach - thawed; (450g)

Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently fry the onion for 2 - 3 minutes.

Add the Fenugreek, Coriander, Garam Masala, Turmeric, salt and spinach and mix together. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
