Spicy pork steak rub

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
Dry Spice Rub
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
2 teaspoons Black pepper
½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Thyme
½ teaspoon Oregano
½ teaspoon Rosemary
½ teaspoon Salt

Combine spices.

Rub spices on pork steak and let sit in refrigerator overnight.

Grill pork over medium heat. Sprinkle additional spice when turning.

Remove steaks when internal temperture reaches 155F.
