Spicy pizza with quick cornmeal crust

| ¾ | cup | Yellow cornmeal |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Baking powder |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
| ¾ | cup | Milk |
| 2½ | tablespoon | Vegetable oil |
| ¾ | pounds | Lean ground beef |
| 1 | pack | Taco seasoning |
| ¾ | cup | Salsa |
| 1 | Green pepper -- sliced | |
| 1 | medium | Tomato -- sliced |
| 2 | cups | Mozzarella cheese -- grated |
Directions
In medium bowl combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder and cayenne pepper. Add milk and oil; stir with a fork until dough forms a ball.
Sprinkle greased bottom of a 15x10x1 inch jellyroll pan with 1 T cornmeal. Press dough into pan. Bake in 425 F oven 12 to 15 minutes until lightly browned. In medium skillet, brown groiund beef, stirring until thoroughly cooked; drain fat. Add taco spices and salsa; blend well. Spread meat mixture over prepared crust.Layer green pepper and tomato over top.; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
