Spicy molasses baked beans

| 1 | cup | Chopped onion |
| 1 | Jalapeno pepper; seeded and minced | |
| 2 | cans | (15.5oz) Great Northern beans; drained |
| 1 | can | (16 oz) pinto beans; drained |
| ½ | cup | Catsup |
| ½ | cup | Water |
| 3 | tablespoons | Dark brown sugar |
| 3 | tablespoons | Molasses |
| 2 | tablespoons | Yellow mustard |
| 1 | teaspoon | Chili powder |
| ½ | teaspoon | Liquid Smoke |
Directions
Serves 10 (serving size ½ cup) 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray, and place over med high heat until hot. Add onion and jalapeno pepper, saute 2 mins or until tender. Combine onion mixture, beans and remaining ingredients in a large bowl, stir well.
3. Spoon bean mixture into a 2 qt casserole coated with cooking spray.
Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until thick and bubbly.
