1 | medium | Onion, peeled and chopped |
3 | 16 oz cans pork and beans, undrained | |
½ | cup | Firmly packed light brown sugar |
½ | cup | Catsup |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook bacon until crisp; remove from skillet and drain on paper towels. Crumble bacon and set aside. Add onion to skillet and saute' until golden. Remove from heat and stir in crumbled bacon and remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into a greased 1½ to 2 quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 40 minutes.
