Sweet and hot baked beans

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Cooked white beans
¼ cup Chopped onion
3 tablespoons Molasses
2 tablespoons Ketchup
1 tablespoon Dry mustard
2 teaspoons Chipotle puree
1 teaspoon Salt
½ cup Beer
½ teaspoon White vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire

Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place beans in a greased casserole dish and cook for 6 to 9 hours. If they become dry, add a little well seasoned stock (chicken or vegetable). Serve hot.
