1 teaspoon | Salt |
1 teaspoon | Curry powder or garam masala |
1 teaspoon | Cumin seeds, ground |
¼ teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
YIELD: 2 CUPS
Melt the butter in a saucepan, and saute nuts until golden brown.
