Spicy cashew nuts

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Raw cashew nuts
2 eaches Tb butter
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Curry powder or garam masala
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds, ground
¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper


Melt the butter in a saucepan, and saute nuts until golden brown.
