Spicy cashew nuts

2cupsRaw cashew nuts
2eachesTb butter
1teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonCurry powder or garam masala
1teaspoonCumin seeds, ground
¼teaspoonCayenne pepper

Directions

YIELD: 2 CUPS

Melt the butter in a saucepan, and saute nuts until golden brown.
