|2 cups||Raw cashew nuts|
|2 eaches||Tb butter|
|1 teaspoon||Curry powder or garam masala|
|1 teaspoon||Cumin seeds, ground|
|¼ teaspoon||Cayenne pepper|
YIELD: 2 CUPS
Melt the butter in a saucepan, and saute nuts until golden brown.
