Spiced prawn cocktail

Measure Ingredient
4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
\N \N Splash Tabasco
\N \N Splash Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Ketchup
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Horseradish; grated
1 \N Finely chopped red pepper
2 \N Spring onions; finely chopped
\N \N Lemon juice to taste
100 grams Prawns; shelled
\N \N Lettuce for garnish
\N \N Another spring onion for garnish

Combine the first 9 ingredients, check seasoning and stir in the prawns.

Shred the lettuce and spoon over prawns.

Dust with a tiny amount of cayenne pepper. Make spring onion into flower by cutting into bulb end and plunging into cold water.
