Spiced fried prawns

Measure Ingredient
3 teaspoons Coriander
\N pinch Ground Ginger
2 teaspoons Sugar
2 \N Cloves Garlic, Crushed
2 teaspoons Vinegar
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1 pounds Peeled Shrimp
\N \N Oil For Deep Frying

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

Combine all of the ingredients except the prawns, and oil for frying. Coat the prawns with this mixture and leave for 3 hours. Deep-fry in hot oil, drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
