Prawn, squid and fruit cocktail

1Stick celery - chopped into small pieces
½Red pepper - remove stem; seeds and white

1Half red apple - diced
1mediumMelon - diced
2tablespoonsMayonnaise
1teaspoonTomato ketchup
1tablespoonLemon juice

Directions

MARIE-ROSE SAUCE

Cut squid into small rings. Bring ¼ pint / 150ml water to the boil and poach squid for 2 minutes. Drain on kitchen paper and allow to cool. Mix together the squid, prawns, red pepper, apple, melon and celery. Serve with cocktail sauce on top.
