1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1teaspoonGarlic powder

CURRIED NUTS

Place the nuts in a shallow pan. Mix the oil and spices together and pour them over the nuts. Stir well with a wooden spoon. Bake in a moderate oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently, or saute in a frying pan. The nuts should take on colour but no burn. Spread on paper towels to drain and sprinkle on the salt. Store in glass jars.

They are better the next day.
