Spiced mozzarella

Measure Ingredient
- G. Granaroli XBRG76A MM:MK VMXV03A
1 pounds Mozzarella sliced thin
2 Cloves garlic finely chopped ( or jarred)
¼ cup Olive oil
½ teaspoon Dried sweet basil
½ teaspoon Oregano
½ teaspoon Salt and pepper
½ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon Fresh chopped parsley

Mix all spices in olive oil. Let stand for about 15 min. Slice cheese as thin as possible and place on a platter over decorative lettuce (red leaf or green leaf) with anchovies and/or roasted peppers. Pour spiced mixture over cheese and serve with toasted Italian bread. (wrv)
