| 2 | Cloves garlic finely chopped ( or jarred) | |
| ¼ | cup | Olive oil |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dried sweet basil |
| ½ | teaspoon | Oregano |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt and pepper |
| ½ | teaspoon | Red pepper flakes |
| 1 | teaspoon | Fresh chopped parsley |
Directions
Mix all spices in olive oil. Let stand for about 15 min. Slice cheese as thin as possible and place on a platter over decorative lettuce (red leaf or green leaf) with anchovies and/or roasted peppers. Pour spiced mixture over cheese and serve with toasted Italian bread. (wrv)
