|1½ tablespoon||Finely grated orange peel|
|⅛ teaspoon||Ground nutmeg|
1. In a bowl, mix together cheese, sugar, 1 tablespoon peel, and nutmeg.
2. Spoon mixture into a small bowl and sprinkle with remaining peel.
