Marinated mozzarella

Ingredients

| 8 | ounces | Part skim mozzarella cut into 1/2-inch cubes |
| 2 | tablespoons | Plus (see next line) vegetable oil |
| ½ | cup | Chopped green pepper |
| 3 | tablespoons | Red wine vinegar |
| ½ | cup | Water |
| 2 | teaspoons | Dried oregano |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dried basil |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Dried thyme |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| ½ | teaspoon | Sugar |
Directions
Place cheese in 1 quart jar. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil and boil 10 minutes. Cool and pour over cheese. Store in fridge up to two weeks.
