Marinated mozzerella cheese

Ingredients

2teaspoonsMinced fresh rosemary; or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1teaspoonMinced fresh thyme; or 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
½teaspoonMinced garlic
¼teaspoonSalt
teaspoonCrushed red pepper
1poundsLowfat mozzarella cheese; 3/4\" cubes

Directions

Mix all ingredients except cheese in a medium bowl. Add cheese and stir gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours or up to 5 days.
