|1½ cup||Boiling water|
|1 pack||(8-serving size) or 2 packages (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Cranberry Flavor Gelatin; or any red flavor|
|1 can||(16 ounces) whole berry cranberry sauce|
|1 cup||Cold water|
|1 tablespoon||Lemon juice|
|¼ teaspoon||Ground cinnamon|
|⅛ teaspoon||Ground cloves|
|1 \N||Orange; sectioned, diced|
|½ cup||Chopped walnuts nuts|
Since its earliest days, ]ELL-O gelatin has been used as a "table jelly" to accompany meat and poultry. It is still prized for its delicious flavor and "delightful cooling quality." No holiday dinner should be without this ! STIR boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cranberry sauce, cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves. Refrigerate about 1½ hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
STIR in orange and walnuts. Spoon into 5-cup mold.
REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm. Unmold. Garnish as desired. Makes 10 servings.
