Cranberry mold

Ingredients

| 4 | cups | Cranberries |
| 1¼ | cup | Boiling water |
| ¾ | cup | Pineapple juice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Gelatin |
| ½ | cup | Cold water |
| 2 | cups | Sugar |
| 1 | can | Bing Cherries, drain |
| 1 | cup | Diced pineapple |
| 1 | cup | Chopped pecans |
Directions
Cook berries in the 1¼ cups of boiling water until soft and popped. Mash thru sieve. Soften gelatin in the ½ cup of cold water. Heat pineapple juice and mix with the softened gelatin. Add sugar, cherries, pineapple and pecans. Pour into mold. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 05-18-95
