|4||Chicken Breasts; Boneless; Skinless|
|8 slices||Canadian Bacon|
|1 can||Cream of Chicken Soup|
|1 cup||Sour Cream|
Place 4 slices of Canadian bacon in baking dish. Place 1 chicken breast on top of each slice of bacon. Place 1 slice of Canadian bacon on top of chicken. Bake 30 minutes at 350-F degrees. Drain liquid, if any.
Mix sour cream and soup. Spoon over chicken/bacon combination. Bake another 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve over rice or angel hair pasta. Recipe can be prepared a day in advance and refrigerated.
