1 \N | Whole chicken; cut up |
1 cup | Cream; (NOT milk) |
1 can | Cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup | Shredded swiss cheese |
\N \N | Garlic powder; salt and pepper |
Put chicken in baking dish that has been sprayed lightly with Pam. Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder on top. Dilute the soup with the cream; pour over the chicken, sprinkle with the swiss cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1½ hours.
