|3 cups||Ground cooked macaroni|
|1 \N||Green pepper|
|¼ pounds||American cheese|
|\N \N||1/1 2 c hot milk|
|\N \N||1/1 2 c bread crumbs|
|4 \N||Eggs, separated|
|1 can||Cream of Mushroom soup|
Mix milk, butter, beaten egg yolks and pour over crumbs. Add this to mixture of macaroni, onion, pepper, cheese and Spam. fold in beaten egg whites last. Pour into buttered casserole and bake at 325 for 1-½ hours.
Pour 1 can cream of mushroom soup over for last 20 minutes of baking.
