Boil potatoes until soft. Slice and brown the spam. In casserole dish, place cooked potatoes in bottom, pour cans of cream of mushroom soup over potatoes, place spam on top. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Then sprinkle cheese on top and cook another 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted. Serves 6.
