| Measure | Ingredient |

| 4 \N | 5 Hard-boiled eggs |
| 1 \N | Bell pepper |
| 1 small | Onion Salt and pepper to taste Mayonnaise to moisten |
Grate all ingredients into bowl. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise to moisten. Make open face sandwiches and cut in 4 pieces, triangle shaped.
Cut off crust if you want.
