Eggplant-walnut delight

Ingredients

| 1 | x | Medium eggplant |
| 1 | x | Medium onion |
| ½ | cup | Walnut meats |
| 1 | x | Salt, to taste |
| 1 | x | Oregano, to taste |
| ½ | cup | Tomato sauce |
Directions
Peel eggplant and cut into chunks. Put eggplant, onion, and nut meats through a food grinder or chop in a blender. Add seasonings and tomato sauce and mix thoroughly.
