Eggplant-walnut delight

Ingredients

1xMedium eggplant
1xMedium onion
½cupWalnut meats
1xSalt, to taste
1xOregano, to taste
½cupTomato sauce

Directions

Peel eggplant and cut into chunks. Put eggplant, onion, and nut meats through a food grinder or chop in a blender. Add seasonings and tomato sauce and mix thoroughly.
