Soy pie crust

Ingredients

| 1⅓ | cup | All-purpose flour |
| ⅔ | cup | Soy flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 5 | tablespoons | Shortening up to |
| 4 | tablespoons | Cold water |
Directions
Combine dry ingredients; cut in shortening. Add enough water to moisten dough, mixing well with a fork. Shape dough into a ball; roll dough out on a floured surface. Place in pie plate and bake at 350F for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield: enough for two 9 or 10-inch pie plates.
