Short pie crust

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Bisquick(TM) Baking Mix
¼ cup Soft Butter
3 tablespoons Boiling Water

Heat oven to 450 deg. In small mixing bowl or 9 inch pie pan, combine Bisquick and butter. Add water; stir vigorously with fork until dough forms a ball and cleans the bowl. Dough will be puffy and soft. With floured fingers and heel of hand, pat dough evenly into 9 inch pie pan, bringing up dough to edge of pan. Flute edge if desired. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.

NOTES : Makes a soft, rich cookie-like crust. Use for pie shells, tarts and

meat pies.
