¼ cup | Bell pepper; chopped |
½ cup | Onion; chopped |
2 tablespoons | Butter |

½ cup | Celery; chopped |
2 cups | Tomato juice |
2 | Beef bouillon cubes |
Mix meat loaf mix according to package directions, using tomato juice and bouillon cubes as liquid. Saut remaining ingredients; add to meat mixture, adding tomato juice as needed. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot.
