Curried meat casserole

Ingredients

| 1 | pack | (10 oz.) frozen asparagus or broccoli cuts; thawed and drained |
| 2 | cups | Cut-up cooked turkey; chicken or ham |
| 1 | can | (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery or mushroom soup |
| ½ | cup | Mayonnaise or salad dressing |
| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
| ½ | teaspoon | Curry powder |
| 1 | cup | Bisquick baking mix |
| 1 | Egg | |
| ¼ | cup | Margarine or butter; melted |
Directions
Arrange vegetables in ungreased 1½-quart casserole. Top with meat. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder; pour over top. Mix baking mix and egg; sprinkle over top. Drizzle with margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes uncovered until hot and topping is golden brown.
