Curried meat casserole

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (10 oz.) frozen asparagus or broccoli cuts; thawed and drained
2 cups Cut-up cooked turkey; chicken or ham
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery or mushroom soup
½ cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Curry powder
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1 \N Egg
¼ cup Margarine or butter; melted

Arrange vegetables in ungreased 1½-quart casserole. Top with meat. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder; pour over top. Mix baking mix and egg; sprinkle over top. Drizzle with margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes uncovered until hot and topping is golden brown.
