Meatball casserole

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
¼ cup Finely chopped onion
¼ cup Finely chopped celery
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Bread crumbs, fine
1 Egg
1 cup Milk
1 can Mushroom soup
⅓ cup Flour
½ cup Chili sauce

Combine the first 7 ingredients; mix and blend well. Add milk to mushroom soup and stir until blended. Add ¼ of the soup mixture to the first ingredients. Mix well and form into medium size balls. Dip the balls in flour and brown on all sides in a hot deep fryer or pan of oil. Place in a casserole. Combine chili sauce and remaining soup mixture. Pour the mixture over the balls. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Randy Rigg
