Soy ginger sauce

¼cupSoy sauce
¼cupBalsamic vinegar
2tablespoonsWater
1tablespoonPeeled, julienned gingerroot, soaked in ice water.

Directions

makes ¾ cup dipping sauce

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Mix throughly and serve. This sauce will keep up to 1 week in the refridgerator, without the gingerroot.

Add the gingerroot when ready to serve.
