Yield: 1 Servings
|¼ cup||Soy sauce|
|¼ cup||Balsamic vinegar|
|1 tablespoon||Peeled, julienned gingerroot, soaked in ice water.|
makes ¾ cup dipping sauce
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Mix throughly and serve. This sauce will keep up to 1 week in the refridgerator, without the gingerroot.
Add the gingerroot when ready to serve.
