Soy ginger sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Soy sauce
¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Water
1 tablespoon Peeled, julienned gingerroot, soaked in ice water.

makes ¾ cup dipping sauce

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Mix throughly and serve. This sauce will keep up to 1 week in the refridgerator, without the gingerroot.

Add the gingerroot when ready to serve.
