Fresh ginger sauce

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 ounces Ginger root
¼ cup Soy sauce
¼ cup Rice vinegar
2 tablespoons Sugar

Peel ginger and cut in small pieces. Process in food processor until minced, about scant ½ cup, fairly loosely packed. Turn into serving bowl. Blend with soy sauce, vinegar and sugar. Crush garlic cloves and mix into ginger mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Cover and reserve in a cool place until time to use.
