2 \N | Cloves Garlic;Finely |

1 tablespoon | Fresh Sage Leaves; Snipped |
1 tablespoon | Lemon Juice |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
NOTE: Tomato and Pepper measures are approximate. You should use one medium tomato and the peppers should be small ones. Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Makes 4 cups of relish.
