Southwest guacamole

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
5 eaches Avocados; Ripe, Peel & Pit
4 eaches Cloves Garlic;Finely Chopped
1 cup Tomato; Chopped, 1 Medium
¼ cup Lime Juice
½ teaspoon Salt

Mash avocados in a medium bowl until slightly lumpy.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Makes 3 cups of dip.
