Measure Ingredient
1 cup Dried New Mexico Red Chile
1 cup Ground Dried Ancho Chile
6 tablespoons Salt
6 tablespoons Ground Cumin
1 tablespoon Dried Oregano

Mix spices throughly in a bowl. Store in a cool, dark pantry.
