Southern style pesto

cupBasil, chopped (up to 2)
cupCollard greens, chopped (up to 2)
3Cloves garlic, chopped
2ouncesParsley, chopped
¾cupOlive oil
1cupParmesan
Salt
Pepper

Directions

Place basil, collard greens, garlic and parsley in food processor and puree. Slowly add olive oil and continue processing. Add cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve at room temperature.
