Southern style pesto

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Basil, chopped (up to 2)
1½ cup Collard greens, chopped (up to 2)
3 \N Cloves garlic, chopped
2 ounces Parsley, chopped
¾ cup Olive oil
1 cup Parmesan
\N \N Salt
\N \N Pepper


Place basil, collard greens, garlic and parsley in food processor and puree. Slowly add olive oil and continue processing. Add cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve at room temperature.
