| ¼ | cup | Olive Oil |
| ¼ | cup | Pine Nuts; Or Walnuts; Toasted |
| Salt And Pepper; To Taste | ||
| 3 | Cloves Garlic; Minced | |
| ¼ | cup | Grated Parmesan Cheese; Optional |
| Water; As Needed | ||
Directions
*Basil, parsley, cilantro, mint, spinach or and combination of 2 or 3.
*Marjoram, oregano or tarragon; optional.
Process until smooth adding water 1 tablespoon at a time. If a chunkier pesto is desired, omit water.
Makes ¾ cup.
