| 50 | grams | Pine kernels; toasted (2oz) |
| 2 | Cloves garlic; peeled | |
| 50 | grams | Parmesan cheese; grated (2oz) |
| 15 | grams | Pecorino Romano; ( 1/2oz) |
| 6 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
Directions
In a food processor combine the rocket, pine kernels, garlic, parmesan cheese, and pecorino until creamy, then gradually add in the olive oil.
Chill until required.
