Creamy pesto sauce

| 1 | cup | Parsley; stems removed |
| 2 | Garlic cloves | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Nutritional yeast \"parmesan\" |
| 1 | ounce | Fresh basil |
| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper; ground |
Directions
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Process on high approximately 30 seconds.
Heat and serve over cooked pasta or steamed vegetables.
Makes 1⅓ cups.
