Sour cream apple pie #1

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1 cup Sour cream
¾ cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Vanilla
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 \N Egg
1 can Pie apples
¾ cup Brown sugar
¼ cup Butter

Beat together sour cream, flour, salt, egg & vanilla. Add apples & pour into pie shell. Bake for 25 minutes at 400. Mix brown sugar & butter.

Sprinkle on top of pie. Bake for 20 more minutes at 400.
