Sour cream apple pie #3

1Beaten egg
2teaspoonsVanilla
¼teaspoonSalt.
2cupsFinely chopped apples
19- or 10-inch deep pie shell; unbaked
½cupSugar
6tablespoonsFlour
1teaspoonCinnamon
¼cupButter; at room temperature

Bake pie shell 7 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Let cool. Combine all but apples in bowl and beat until smooth. Stir in apples. Add to cooled pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for about 30 minutes or until mixture is almost set.

Topping: Mix until crumbly. Spread on pie. Return to oven for an additional 10 minutes.
